Shopping at B&Q Gillingham can feel like an Orienteering trek?
I say this as, when you walk into the store, whatever happens from now, you have to walk a long way to the other end of the store to exit. It?s a pain if what you need isn?t there, not allowing you to leave at the end you entered.
Plus side - It?s a huge store, with so, so many items.
Huge Car Park.
Helpful staff, dotted around the store in various sections.
Loads of room to move around the store to shop.
Queues at the tills aren?t normally very long.
Get some people to sponsor you, before you set off walking and earn some money?
Great product choices and reasonable prices.
Recommended.

Came in yesterday with my wife to look at buying a new kitchen as we saw one we really liked and wanted to go ahead with the next steps. Me and my wife are very new to this whole process so don't really know how it works. We spoke to a young lady (didn't have a name badge but was short and wore glasses). From the outset, it was very clear that she didn't want to help us. She gave us a very generic price of £5000 without asking a single question or knowing anything about our kitchen and kept saying we needed to make an appointment. Whilst I appreciate this she didn't offer to make us an appointment, neither did she tell us how to make an appointment. She made it very clear that she didn't want to talk to us and that she didn't think we were serious. We were really set on the kitchen from B&Q and wanted to go ahead but if we are just going to get fobbed off to begin with when trying to get things moving then I can't imagine how bad the rest of the service will be. Definitely won't be coming back

Susie is AMAZING what a great lady, made us a crèche to occupy the kids whilst she sorted our bathroom order, she provided colouring in and kept them so happy to make our appointment smooth running and hassle free. She deserves a Costa and a muffin on b&q for sure! Thank you! Xx

Don?t bother if you need to use the woodcutting service! No call button to alert anyone that you are there and staff are happy to walk past and ignore you. Thanks for a wasted journey

Careful what u bought as on the electrical stuff the store cannot test them and u can get home with them faulty

Mark, at Gillingham B&Q, cut me exactly the right sized hardboard from offcuts and only charged £3. Then my phone overheated, meaning I had to go home and get a payment card - till staff were very helpful.
