Ordered new glasses, they came in week later as sunglasses which is not what I ordered, I ordered varifocals that go dark in sunlight. Apparently misordered by store. Still waiting 2 weeks from original order. Really not impressed!

I Ordered glasses last Monday and went to collect today. Upon receiving my glasses I noticed they were the wrong colour. They were very similar but I had my heart set on green. After some digging and a phone call they realised there had been a mix up with the frames and the pair I had ordered were discontinued which is why the wrong colour had come. They were quick to give solutions and offered to swap my lenses and put them in the display pair which were the green ones I had originally ordered. They were very kind and polite through out the whole thing. I am very happy with the outcome and understand that mistakes happen. I will definitely be coming here in the future if I ever need new glasses again.

Ordered my glasses weeks ago , when I went to collect them they'd sent sunglasses instead of reactolight 2 weeks later still waiting and I've my son's wedding tomorrow... Not impressed

I had a positive experience today. The Optician Clare was wonder and diagnosed an eye condition. She put my mind at ease and explained it so clearly and offered wonderful advice. Slow service, understaffed.Staff are polite but need help, good job the frames and lenses are cheap or else I would go elsewhere .
