My friend told me it?s so cheap in Aldi, why do you go elsewhere and pay a lot more? Well the reason is that I bought chips here that were supposed to be cooked in 30 mins and they just didn?t cook, like normal chips do. Kept putting them back in the Oven for longer and longer but honestly after an hour, they was still tasting raw.
The Beans are stupidly cheap for a reason? they don?t taste nice at all.
If a main till is open it baffles me that four people can put their shopping on the conveyor belt but when you come to pack, there?s absolutely no space by the Cashier end; ludicrously designed with no understanding that the till worker keeps pushing your items towards you and there?s not enough room to sort it at that pace. You have to assume you?re a contestant on a Tv show and do your best to keep up.

I?ll Probably get into trouble for saying this next part but I was sitting in my Car in the far left of the Car Park. I saw a man come out of Aldi with a trolley of food and walk to the greenery/plants in the corner and decided to use it as a toilet! (Nicest way I could explain) he then used some leaves and walked off with his shopping. [Just a normal day I guess!]
Upside for Aldi, cheap products in abundance, If you can find the food you like?
Free Car Parking for one and a half hours - 70 pounds fine after that?
If there was more tills open to cope with the influx of customers I would pop into Aldi sometimes but sadly the queues put me off?

Absolutely shocking behaviour from the staff. No respect for customers. Arguing, showing terrible attitude and rude. Not sure how they work in the customer service industry with such attitude. The Store manager should be ashamed of the staffs behaviour and should arrange more training for the staffs. Horrible experience every time i go there.
The black lady on self checkout accused me of physical assault Wednesday 6th August 2025, when I was just telling her what has happened with the product.
No choice but to go there as its local store. Hope they go and some decent company comes there. I have emailed head office about the incident and waiting to see what their response is.

It's 9.30pm after the late shift & only one till open - all in front have full trolley & no-one is letting me in with my 3 items. I'm was sure they would have one of the self check out tills open, but sadly not.
