Sorry we have lost your phone,,, can you give us another 6 days on top of 12 to find your phone at our shop or our trade in center,,,,,, you are a joke of a company! update 16/09/22 they have now stalled me again saying another 10 days for the money they owe me... i will keep this up till i am paid!!

phone returned after repair notified by dhl , shop didnt bother to put delivery back to shop and dhl attempted delivery back to my home address when i clearly told the shop i wont be in as away at work, vodaphone are the worst company around a total bunch of dimwits.

Couldn?t do more for me. My iPhone X had a unresponsive screen Alec the store manger done every he could to resolve this problem. Had to go through my insurance in the end but he said he would right any report for the insurance.
