Appalling level of service from this pharmacy. So much so I?ve asked my GP to stop sending my prescription here. I understand the need to verify details of the prescription but I don?t expect to be asked details of my personal and private medical history while there are other customers waiting. Also, I attended on three separate days to collect a prescription only to be told, ?we have to order it in?. Then, when I make it clear I?m not happy with the level of service I get sarcastic comments from the staff. I won?t be returning and my business fir the post office will be taken elsewhere. If you can?t treat your customers with basic common respect then expect them to walk.

Just picked up a prescription for a medication that I have not previously used. The pharmacist was excellent. She carefully explained the best time to take the tablets, and why, what side effects to expect and how best to manage them. I am very happy with the service.
