We recently sought quotes from various suppliers of fitted kitchens - the most cost effective and quality supplier turned out to be Tradex - yet again! This is our third kitchen from Tradex and as ever, they did not disappoint! Great quality, excellent service end attention to our requirements. The final kitchen looks tremendous! Very happy and satisfied with the service, attention to detail and quality of the actual kitchen....and the fitter. Wholeheartedly recommend Tradex and their kitchens without reservation.

Great service from Tradex. We dealt with Graham who was very knowledgeable about their products and extremely patient while we chose from the myriad of options available. Everything was delivered when they said it would be and fitted according to schedule by the lovely Tom. The kitchen is perfect :) I would definitely recommend Tradex for both the quality of the products and the service they provide.

Our second time using Tradex, this time for a newly-extended utility room (previously for a full kitchen refit). Excellent service as always from Ben and the team - from the initial design through to their fantastic (and very tidy) joiner/fitter. Great communication throughout. Highly recommended.

Working with TradeX made our kitchen renovation feel easy. We changed the design, and our budget, multiple times and it was never an issue. Graham was great to work with and always super helpful, even calling round several times to check on the install. The kitchen itself is beautiful and we couldn't be happier.TradeX might be a little more expensive some other kitchen suppliers, but absolutely worth it. Our builders commented several times on how easy it was for them to install, and they actually finished over a week early as they had expected to do a lot of alterations themselves - worth its weight in gold!

We first used Tradex in the early 2000s when they designed and supplied our first kitchen for our flat. Prices, quality and customer service was second to non, and when we eventually moved we went straight back to them. Now on our last and final move, we absolutely love what they do and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends.

Tradex (Folkestone) installed our beautiful quality kitchen in 2018. Advice and design was brilliant and on a couple of occasions, when, we have needed adjustments - replacement bulb, door hinge - the after sales service by Alex and Ben has been second to none. What a joy the team at Tradex Kitchens are to work with. Helpful, friendly and courteous - everything on time and the kitchen is fabulous! I thoroughly recommend Tradex Kitchen. I used them in my old house, and I wouldn't go anywhere else for a kitchen. Going to ask them to do my Utility room next.

I?ve recently had a new kitchen fitted with units from this company. The kitchen is a small galley kitchen in a second floor flat. I chose Tradex primarily because I liked the quality of the units but was equally impressed by the professionalism of the staff. During the process of planning the layout and choosing doors worktops and fittings I found that the planner (Ben) was knowledgable, helpful and patient. Changes were easy to make as the planning developed and there was flexibility in the choice of appliances. I had a new hob and extractor hood and kept my other appliances. Communication was good throughout and once the order was made I was given information about the timescale. The company liaised with the fitter over delivery and any arising issues. The whole process was friendly, helpful and stress free. At no time was there any pressure for a sale put on me. I am extremely pleased with the results.Services: Kitchen countertop installation

We went to Tradex after we had previously been to a different kitchen specialist chain which left us quite underwhelmed by the experience, feeling like we were just in a chain rather than valued customers.The idea was simply to pick up a brochure as we had no idea of what Tradex kitchen were like.Ben welcomed us in and invited us to have a look around to see if there was any design that we liked.From then on it was love at first sight.....the kitchen not Ben!!!!The design we had previously chosen was a Shaker kitchen in green with a wooden worktop.However I soon spotted a worktop in grey and when I tried it against green it did not work as well as with a blue Shaker door.There are lots of different designs and colours of doors and worktops to choose from but that seemed a match made in heaven.Having not bought a new kitchen for over 30 years we had no idea about appliances etc but Ben was fantastic and talked us through every aspect of the new kitchen.Nothing was too much trouble and he answered my numerous emails with great patience.Having decided on the design the next stage was for Ben to visit our house and measure up the room and discuss the design.He took my amateurish sketch away and came back with proper drawings of that and a design of his own which we then looked at on the computer in the store where we did a few tweaks and saw our kitchen for the first time.I could go on for much longer about the process ,suffice to say the whole experience was fantastic.When Ben sent us the costings he pointed out that the door I had chosen was actually one of the most expensive they sold and he suggested an alternative which I thought was an amazing thing to do.However I knew what I wanted and so we went ahead and ordered it.Tradex arranged the fitting for us and Tom did a perfect job along with the electrician David.I cannot recommend Tradex enough, as well as doing a fantastic job working with us to get our dream kitchen the units and appliances they supplied are all first class quality and great value.Services: Kitchen countertop installation
