The staff have been brilliant in Folkestone ToppsTiles. We've needed a lot of advice whilst buying a lot of different types of tiles. They're very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and very patient, even when we made a mistake and needed to return a lot of tiles (our mistake, not theirs). Couldn't have completed our project just buying online, real people in store has no substitute. Plus they had everything we needed in store, in stock on a Sunday! Ashford branch were also super helpful and friendly too. Would definitely recommend to anyone buying wall and floor tiles. Huge range and varied price points too.

We were disappointed with the colour of tiles we purchased from another supplier (wildly different from their display). We found a similar tile at Topps Tile and Dane sourced the same batch of tile for us from his own store and Sittingbourne. Same batch was important to ensure the colours are the same. We collected the tiles the next day.

Went to the Folkestone store with a rough idea of what I wanted. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable of their products and guided me through what was available, sizes etc. After various back and forth with measurements etc I placed the order and arranged the delivery which would be in just under a week. All in all a very good place to shop.

Always great service and really knowledgeable staff. They know the product range and even a small repair area of tiling is given the same consideration as a full wall and/or floor tile project. No pressure to buy a complete box of tiles either, unlike other nearby tile suppliers! Dane, Byron and anyone else who helped me, thank you!
