This place needs to hire more staff or find a better system to keep potential customers from walking out/away. I came in the store for a simple phone inquiry and waited for about 20 mins before someone said something to me. No acknowledgement when I entered the store. There were about 4 customers there waiting prior to me entering and 3 of them ended up leaving because of the wait time. Only 2 advisors were working and not once did they say anything to any of us who were standing around in the store.

Just visited Three in Folkstone with my elderly parents to top up their internet as they stay in a holiday park for the duration of their trip. I just wanted to mention that we had amazing service from Ethan. He was very kind and helpful explaining what he was doing and why. It?s was the second time in a month. Each time he has been very very helpful. Thank you very much Ethan.

Hi, I have just been to the shop in Folkestone, talked to Doug who couldn't be more helpful. I had an issue with my three app this morning then tried to call Three and got very frustrated as I kept pressing the phone keys to speak to someone, even pressed the key to cancel my account in the hope that I could speak to someone but no, they just cut me off. Anyway, I am so glad I went to the shop this morning as Doug sorted all my issues in no time. I am very grateful.That was excellent customer service. Thank you Doug ?
