Used to be a regular but my last few visits very disappointing, cardboard boxes everywhere (maybe they don't want people to buy their books?!) dirty shelves etc. Prefer to use the Dover store now.

The manager Simon at this store has been amazing in trying to locate my daughter a new flashlight friends! After hers was damaged (that she received for Xmas), the hardest part is that she has behaviour problems so struggles to understand that she cannot have it due to it being damaged and we would get a replacement (lights she finds therapeutic) but there was no replacement. The manager has gone above and beyond and we are ever so grateful for your help!
