I had a terrible experience with customer service today 30 July 2025. I simply asked the cashier about a clothes clip and even showed a picture to be clear. Instead of helping me, she rudely said, ?You?re showing me an eBay product; you need to look online.? I was shocked by her tone and attitude. I was just asking if it was available in the store, not where to buy it. This kind of unprofessional behavior makes customers feel unwelcome and unheard.

This place should be called the BIG Range. It might take a bit of searching for, but probably have it.
If you want a big mirror, they have them, hot tub chemicals they have those too.
Iceland, cafe, garden centre, yep, those too.
There is plenty of parking and usable toilets, including an accessable.

The Range, well I am sure all those who live in the UK know what type of shop it is. Most of the time its busy, but also fast at the counter. Staff do come and ease the crowd.. Usually has what you go in for.
