I come here with my little boy today and was served by a older lady with short brown hair who made me feel so uncomfortable and rushed that I just wanted to get out of the shop I forgot to scan my clubcard, as I was packing things into the bag she told me the price, I continued to pack my stuff into the bag and she said the price again loudly and shook her head at me. All the other staff members are always extremely polite and helpful but i definitely don?t think this lady should be working on tills. She?s extremely rude.

I am fed up going in to this store and being served by an extremely miserable (older) server. It seems she is annoyed that a customer dares to buy something thus disturbing her.She does not speak at all so all transactions are made in silence.She is not helpful enough to even ask for a Tesco card.Do not shop there if you do not want to come out feeling as miserable as her.

Popped in new years day around 6pm. I managed to find everything i needed which was great but didnt appreciate the miserable older female server with short brown hair who barely spoke to me and seemed burdened by my presence (maybe because i interrupted a cosy chat between her and another person) either way this isnt good customer service.I think i will stick to the happier branch on ford rd in Folkestone in future.

Very rude assistant. I am sorry you actually had to serve me. You showed by your huffing and puffing that customers are a nuisance to you.Can i remind you that without customers you do not have a job.

I come here often and think its great for what it is,the staff are all great except for the most miserable bleached blonde 40yr old female who couldn't crack a smile even if you paid her.

Just another Tesco Express, although as I walked in I got an added show of watching a group of teenagers run out of the shop with their arms full of stolen products, while a member of staff was trying to chase them down

Dublcheck Cleaning Services EAST KENT visited here. Smaller supermarkets tend to be understaffed and often suffer from a below par hygiene regime and look and feel unclean. The staff in Hawkinge however always seem to work really hard to keep standards high though and often someone is scrubbing floors or cleaning in store. Definitely happy to recommend a shop here.
