This morning I went in to do a small shop. I have just realised that I have been charged for Sovereign Duel Cigarettes. Which cost £14.45 I did not ask for these. And I certainly don't smoke ever. And I am a regular customer. This has made me aware of one member of staff, unfortunately. I am going to
Take this further because I am out of pocket. And it's theft at the end of the day.
This morning, Sunday 7th July I went again into the store and took the recept with me and I spoke to the manager. She emediately listened and acted on it and gave me my refund. No questions asked. She apologised and said she will deal with the matter. I was very happy with her actions and prompt response. Thank you

Sadly, I?ve also fallen victim to the parking scandal at Tesco. I received a £170 fine for returning to the store twice within two hours ? all because I forgot to pick up the milk my wife asked for (which I'm sure we?ve all done at some point!). Despite reaching out to Tesco, they?ve been completely unwilling to hear me out and only respond with generic replies. I?ve also been unable to get in touch with the store or operations manager, as I'm told their contact details are "sensitive information." Extremely disappointed with how this has been handled.

WARNING! SCAMMING! WARNING! Do not park in the carpark. It is owned by Folkestone Storage and they are SCAMMING people with the parking. My 74 year old, Disabled mother has just been issued a £170 fine for shopping at Tesco.

Visited on Sunday. Really friendly young man at the checkout. A real delight. A guy stacking shelves also helpful, fabulous hair too. I xame out smiling with all I needed. Xmas cards could be expanded though.

Normal Tesco express, nothing special but handy

Used to use this every weekend and the car wash across the road but on my last visit I used the ATM to get cash out got my car washed and returned to do my shopping. As I returned within one hour I was fined 100gbp by the criminals they hired to look after their carpark. I will NEVER use this Tesco again. Companies should learn that going in to business with these car park cowboys hurts their loyal customers.
