“My experience is always good the staff are excellent! Cant say so much about technology these days always get an itemised reciept. This is only because one time i shopped there i didnt have enough cash for my shopping! slightly embarrased i said id pay the rest on my card. Wasnt till i got home checked reciept and found out i was charged for two bottles of vodka but only wanted one! (no wonder i didnt have enough cash) This was quickly sorted next day when i went into shop”

“Absolutely love this place! The staff are so friendly and if I have any questions they reply in a quick and efficient time! I love the American drinks but they can be so hard to get ahold of and the prices are always crazy with the shipping costs but coming here you never know what you will find and everything is so reasonably priced! Especially in this current climate it’s so hard to buy the little extras but this makes it possible I also see all the work they do for the community’s and it’s beautiful to see! If you are ever in Folkestone or ashford(new store) I would 100% recommend popping in. If you are a large family and like to stock up on food essentials for example sauces, crisps etc this will truly help you ❤️”

“Great wide selection of both the essentials and extra bits and bobs! Nicely organised store and very friendly and welcoming staff. Good deals which change frequently, special offers and the prices are decent! Very competitive prices considering it’s the only Convenience store in the area.”

“Had to collect something inside at Argos and felt bad going in 25 mins before closing on Sunday. Although on the way out other people were coming in with about 5 to 10 mins to closing and the place was still busy . Hats off to the staff as that is annoying and unnecessary. Sainsbury's should introduce a system whereby they stop people coming at 15 mins before closure . The store announced closing as well but nobody seem to hurry up .”

“You would have thought by now that they would have changed the picture of the fire. But still a lovely store. Fantastic cafe and menu, good for just a coffee or a cooked meal. Lovely fresh produce and a fab meat selection. Love this shop for a weekly shop”

“Very well placed petrol station. Next to the Sainsbury's supermarket and few other shops.Close to M20 j13. Easy drive to Eurotunnel or oposite direction to Dover docks. Short drive to Premier Inn as well.”

“I arrived at 8.30 late shoppi g its was fabulous.. hardly anyone was in the shop or was lively and quiet.. then I arrived at check out was a bit ousssed that I had loads if shopping and theor wasnt s till available I had to use the self service and their really is never enough room also the machine keeps reading items or mor reading items beeping for some error .. it wound of been nice of the young tired lad wound of asked to have a till opened for me as I had relollry full up instead he said to me excuse me this till is cash only . I dad licking I'm paying cash using ot oe I would be more pissed offf lol”

“I loved shopping and also working in This store. I moved away from Cheriton but the store is still as good as I remember it and staff all as friendly as they always were.A bit surprised Hythe hasn't got a Co-op food of its own.”

“Love the staff here! Going every week we have got to know Many. Always happy to see them, super friendly and helpful . Shelves are generally well stocked. Store is clean. Love ASDA own brands and the reward system. The scan and go is really useful. Only down side is the toilets, could deffinatly do with a refurb and being open more often.”

“Overall a very good Tesco, but today I was served by a bit rude lady at the cashier, just a while ago, making unnecessary comments. It's a hard situation for everyone, good attitude is now everything we've got. You are appreciated. I am working too, at the factory, because I also can't work from home. Side issue: Closing time is strange, instead of stated 11pm, closes randomly earlier. Even at shocking 10.40pm, couple of

“I would like to say, that the member of staff dealing with a query on stock availability for myself was a credit to your store for her excellent customer liaison. She checked stock on her app which indicated that the item was available. There was nothing on the shelf. She went to deliveries to check cages but there were none to be seen. She then gave us good advice to where we could possibly obtain the product. The member of staff was working on health and beauty around lunchtime on Sunday 15th June 25'”

“This morning I went in to do a small shop. I have just realised that I have been charged for Sovereign Duel Cigarettes. Which cost £14.45 I did not ask for these. And I certainly don't smoke ever. And I am a regular customer. This has made me aware of one member of staff, unfortunately. I am going to
Take this further because I am out of pocket. And it's theft at the end of the day.

This morning, Sunday 7th July I went again into the store and took the recept with me and I spoke to the manager. She emediately listened and acted on it and gave me my refund. No questions asked. She apologised and said she will deal with the matter. I was very happy with her actions and prompt response. Thank you”

“I went into the Iceland in Folkestone town centre today for the first time. It was very neat and tidy, goods were plentiful and we'll displayed and there was only a very short wait at the cash till.”
