1 till open with a queue of about 8 people. Plenty of staff wandering about but nothing done to open another till. Left my stuff and walked out. Won't be back.

Went in today and blasted with loud music, pharmacy due to open at 9am. 9.15 still not open. This isn't the service we expect. Had to go elsewhere.

The pharmacy staff are wonderful however the overall shop is managed in a very ableist way; the store is tiny but there are 40 mid-aisle or end-aisle obstacles- not including piles of baskets- cardboard promotional shelves and the like, which makes getting around in a powered wheelchair or scooter very difficult. They are not living up to their legal responsibilities with respect to the equality act 2010 at all.

Rude and unhelpful, especially the brunette pharmacist, she gave us so much attitude for no reason, no hello, literally rolling her eyes, not even listening to what we were trying to explain, what kind of service is that...!!!

Popped in to Superdrug Folkestone today with my partner to get her make up, got followed round the store by one of the staff who suspected us of shoplifting, perhaps because of the way we were dressed (in tracksuits). She stood there quite plainly watching us the whole time occasionally whispering something into her microphone. Don?t judge a book by its cover, we both work in the fitness industry hence the activewear. Member of staff got very defensive when we asked her what the problem was and quite frankly she was about as subtle as a plane crash. She said she wasn?t intentionally following us. Working in retail in the week before Christmas you don?t have time to stand still and we don?t expect to be judged like that.Your staff need to do better.
