Staff are just useless. Usually in customer service, nothing is too much, however, for these guys, everything is too much! It?s as if everything is an inconvenience for them. Incredibly slow and just all round terrible service

To-day I had a appointment for a retest as I was having problem with my
new glasses.I saw Anjalee Elgar-Williams who I can not praise highly
enough in the way she explained every thing she did in the test and was
very caring.Thank you Anjalee
PS The problem was not with the glasses but a cataract in my right eye

Bought a set of glasses for over 100 pounds. They broke apart in the heat after opening a door and it slightly hitting me, literally a tap. Bad manufacturing. Asked for a replacement and was asked to pay 45 pounds. Apparently all manufacturing liabilities fall onto the customer. Have been a customer for over 10 years, extremely bad service.

Very polite and helpful staff, on the phone and the shop floor. I had a complicated issue, the staff could not have done more to resolve it.

Really disappointed with specsavers as my wife who is severely blind phoned up morning about a concern about her eyes and wanted some advice but all they said was contact your GP they where not very helpful at all thinking we will go elsewhere now
