Staff are just useless. Usually in customer service, nothing is too much, however, for these guys, everything is too much! It’s as if everything is an inconvenience for them. Incredibly slow and just all round terrible service

To-day I had a appointment for a retest as I was having problem with my
new glasses.I saw Anjalee Elgar-Williams who I can not praise highly
enough in the way she explained every thing she did in the test and was
very caring.Thank you Anjalee
PS The problem was not with the glasses but a cataract in my right...
