Today 3rd February 2025 around 10am a very rude male served me when collecting heavy amazon orders. He pushed past me to get to the counter,when I said good morning I got nothing back, when getting the parcel he snapped at me and said which is which,I said you have them so can check, he didn't help me get it in my trolley. (When the older man always does ...I give him 5 stats always). If this is how service is going I will avoid and will get friends and family to do the same.

Wife of the owner loads the bill every, single time. She adds an extra charge, anywhere between £5 and £15 and if you don't point it out to her, she'll happily rip you off. When you do point out the overcharge, she acts surprised and immediately refunds you. Bunch of sheer fraudsters. This has happened regularly to many other people I have spoken to. Will no longer shop here again.

It's alright. Friendly staff and a good range of drinks and tinned foods. Fresh foods not great, but milk is OK.

Wife brought in 2 free lucky dip tickets she received one back for Wednesday night when questioned where second ticket was, was abruptly took she only give one, as she does not like confrontation so left shop complete rip off beware
