bank of santander I am this bank old customers with well-wishers but Today 26th July 2024, I am on happy to see the behavior of this bank's staff lady name is Kelly I went with my partner to transfer a large amount to my solicitor. During the transfer, there is an inquiry for our safety I know but the manner of speaking was very rude, like the behavior of the police with a criminal and she discrimination us.

Terrible customer service. Called in to Folkestone branch only for manageress Stephanie to refuse to provide a two page print out, something I've had no problem with before. Apparently they can refuse to serve a Business customer, nice!! only been with them for 20 years or so. Time to move banks. BEWARE!!!!!!! if you have a business account branches may choose not to serve you. Looked on trust pilot couldn't believe how many bad reviews this bank has, perhaps they just don't care about customer service anymore.

So I have a visa debit account with santander then they put me to a basic account with out informing me but went here to day a beautiful lady called kat helped me and close my account very helpful felt good to have some respect back thank you so much kat MR Gee
