Got pierced here by the amazing Sophee I was so nervous but she helped me through getting my nipples done. She was friendly and personable, she made sure I was comfy every step of the way. I did not feel rushed at all and the room itself was immaculately clean, everything was sterile and so many green flags about this studio. 100% recommend this studio.

This is an absolute gem of a place. Super friendly down to earth staff. Professional and efficient service. Took my 10 year old to have her ears pierced for the first time and Sam made it a positive experience for her. It was £45 for her ears (I had been quoted £80 by a Dover piercing shop). I had another piercing while I was there. 100% recommend!

I had a peircing a couple months or so ago, the fixed ball not the screw ball, had some how broken off, thus losing the bar out of my nipple. I called around three minutes before turning up to samsara for a replacement bar, and then was left at the door buzzing the bell and then being pushed out of the way when trying to enter after someone left. A member of staff eventually came to the door a few minutes later to tell me to come back later.I can only book an appointment for a piercing, I don't want a piercing right now, just the bar replaced which has broken. Really terrible custom service, if you don't allow passing customers (and I called ahead) get off the high street.

I was quite worried about having my ears pierced again after many years. I was treated in a friendly professional manner and my ears were pierced very neatly and with a lot of care taken with positioning correctly. I am very pleased with the results.
