This review is for Deb's a member of staff in this branch ...after attempts by other members of staff to help me with an issue I had with my nectar...Deb's came to the rescue...I was ready to give up...she persevered with great enthusiasm and resolved the problem with no concern that this issue was time consuming she remained patient and eager to help...so all 5 stars go to her !! Thanks again

I hate Sainsbury?s, only go in coz it?s local!! Overpriced I find and bare shelves a lot of the time. Staff are ok but look miserable.

Either the staff are incompetent or the management are mugging off the public. A concerning amount of times, when at checkout, the Nectar discounts do not apply. I then have to flag it with a member of staff to have discounts applied. It's happened so many times now it makes me wonder how many people are overpaying.

For me it's my local sainsburys and I use it most days , it's in massive need of some investment as there is buckets catching water all over the shop , apart from that the staff are nice and friendly and it has good opening hours

Decent parking, decent selection but quite a few stuff out of stock during the day. Staff extremely helpful though

Only popped in for some baby milk, but unfortunately was made to fill like a criminal, was followed around the whole store buy security guard and was being watch by other staff members. Have they never seen someone buying 4 tins off milk powder before.

Was ok, wish I didn't have to use my phone to scan and shop and the scanners are much easier. The staff are always friendly and happy to help

Hopefully the scaffolding outside is only temporary but the shop itself was good, clean and well laid out. As we had never been in here before we had to ask the staff where things were and they helped us in a nice friendly way, my friend used the self checkouts while I went old school and used a member of staff on the till. We parked in the multistorey carpark and it was great to see that the lifts worked too.

I find the food grossly overpriced but the store was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful
