I want to highly recommend Reeds Rains to anyone wishing to sell their property. As a buyer, I received regular and excellent communication and they were really amenable to requests to visit the property during the process, when I wanted to take some measurements.The property I was purchasing had a number of issues, and Adam and his team were fantastic in dealing with resolving those difficulties.I was recommended to view properties via Reeds Rains by my son, who had sold and purchased with them. I am so pleased he did - and am sure you will be too.

Adam and the team at Reeds Rains were absolutely amazing supporting me through the sale of my property - I had never ever been through a home sale and honestly I cannot believe how much they held my hand through the whole process! I have recommended them to family members of mine without hesitation who are soon to embark on their own relocation. They really do go above and beyond and you can tell they care about everyone they look after - I myself was recommended to work with them through word of mouth!

This was my first time selling a property and therefore had very little to go on, but I knew that Reeds Rains has been well established in Folkestone for a number of years and decided to engage with them for the sale, I did also obtain some other quotations, however Reeds were cheaper and also including premium listing, thus being cheaper than anyone else on the market. However, this did not come as a detriment to the level of service we received as both Stephen and Adam were exceptional throughout the whole process. Given the tricky market conditions we are able to achieve full asking with in less than a month of being on the market. On this basis I would strongly encourage anyone looking to buy/sell/rent to get in touch.
