Went into the store looking for water and they're cold fridges they had nothing on the hottest day of the year there was no water at all in there any of their fridges They're saying they're refurbishing the store how difficult is it to put water out in their fridges even though they're having a refit it doesn't make any difference all items should be out on the shop floor still

This is a great store to go to if you need something quick, I got some towels the other day and they feel absolutely soft, shall buy some more from here. The staff are always friendly and helpful too. Keep up the good work Poundland ????

Came in this week to have a look at the pep and co clothing section,first of all i would like to say that this department is very well kept and presented! I met a lovely lady called Tanya, she was so accommodating and knowledgeable about everything in this department. She helped me find everything I was looking for in the right sizes. She showed me all the new stock and helped me find some beautiful items for my children. She told me about the fit for kids as she has her own which was really helpful to have another parents perspective. She also helped me with other items i needed in other parts of the store. Honestly she couldn't help me enough. A massive well done on customer service from this lovely lady. Hold on tight to this one poundland you've got yourself a real gem here!

Poundland had appeal when everything was a pound. However not quite such good value these days although there is the odd bargain now and again
