We recently visited Pets at Home, Folkestone, as one of our cats was not well.\\nDue to her age, her diagnosis was not good. The Vet explained to us her ailments and unfortunately, the kindest thing to do was to put her to sleep. We had sixteen wonderful years with her and were with her at the end.\\nAll the staff at Pets at Home were so kind, understanding the emotions we were experiencing and giving us time to say our last goodbyes.\\nWe have since received a card of condolence from the staff at Pets at Home, which is such a thoughtful thing to do, and we thank them whole heartedly.

The live animals I don't feel get looked after the live food like bugs they don't look after and the live food haven't got a patch on best buddies for price and quality also too expensive so it's a no for me I will stick to best buddies

Terrible attitude towards us after we had 2 guinea pigs die on us. The manager was rude and not interested in anything we had to say.

Groom room staff are excellent and products are good although some items are easier to find online. General attitude of staffing is often poor sometimes verging on appalling. Complaint has been made.

If you are not getting the wood pellet litter in again ( one in green bag), can you tell people. I've been in Folkestone store for weeks asking for it, and getting told.1. Due a delivery Friday.2. You can always order it online.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Shelves sometimes lacking in supplies of live reptile food, you have to go on the right day to strike lucky!
