Such a wonderful service and people, I send parcels very often using this shop as a dropp off. Staff is always nice and friendly with no matters how busy they're. It's happened to me that I arrived 2 minutes before closing time, staff didn't complain - still nice and friendly. Wonderful people, my congratulations to whole team and to the person who managed to find that brilliant people.

I was here a week ago about to write a bad review for my last experience of bad customer service and rude staff of a young adult (man) I think, but I left it. I am here again to write a review on a new experience I accounted today with a lady called ?Wendy?. I had originally picked up a pack of squares crisps and a bottle of dr pepper, when paying at the till I saw that the dr pepper was marked up as £1.90, I said to Wendy, ?is the dr pepper £1.90? Wendy confirmed it was so I said ?I?m going to quickly go and change it? I could already tell she had had enough from this point as she was getting annoyed for having to delete the dr pepper on the till and was sighing. When getting back to the till with the same dr pepper I had told Wendy ? I know it is only 5 pence but it is marked up as £1.85, would you like me to go and get the tag to show you?? She didn?t respond and was just tapping around on the till in an abrupt way. Wendy proceeded to ring the bell for some help. A man came out and when had told him ?can you take everything off.? ?I want everything off? the man said ?what, everything?? and Wendy said ?yes just take it all off she has changed her mind so many times so I need to start all over again? as Wendy was referring to me about changing my mind so many times my boyfriend had picked up on her disgusting customer skills and communication skills he had then said ?which she is allowed to do? Wendy then acted as if that was fine after saying it in a way she couldn?t be bothered and then said ?yes that is fine?. After a few small words were said like ?yep? and awkward words, my boyfriend asked for her name and she said ?Wendy? after just spotting her name tag anyway. She then said ?I am sorry I am training and one off the tills are done? my boyfriend didn?t say much after that just ?yep? ?completely wrong attitude? but didn?t go into how rude she really was. When leaving she said ?sorry again but I can?t do anything if the tills are down? my boyfriend said ?yep thats fine we will be leaving a bad review? and we walked out. I hope people read this review before having the same horrible experience with this lady. She deserves to be fired because as a trainee this is the complete wrong attitude towards work. Wendy if you see this, go into a job you will actually be happy at and for the employer of this company, hire better people and your business may get somewhere.

absolutely shocking, went in to buy a monster and pack of sterling duals. some other man was in the queue behind me so the lady asked if i was buying them for him? I said no they?re for me, as i had my ID out to prove i?m over 18. She then refused to sell to me because she claimed I was buying for this man who was in the queue behind me who tried to buy a can of monster previously?? If this gentleman was declined a sale because the cashier didn?t believe he was of age, why on earth would I, as a 30 year old woman be ?with? as she said, someone who looks underage?! Extremely incompetent and insulting to insinuate I?m the type to date minors!

I bought alcohol,not for me . about 11 in the morning the guy behind the till said it's a bit early.i don't drink, however what's it's got to do it him .I could have got it and was having it later that night.wont shop there again. Bit of advice keep your thoughts to your self.

Not the best convenience store in the local area. Appears to have a high turn over of staff and I regularly find that "special offers" aren't applied at the till - on one occasion there was a fixture blazoned with "special offers for week of XX October" with considerable discounts, but the only problem was that the start date in question was two weeks away. How many were had by this rouse I don't know. Probably as a result of the high turnover, staff seem disinterested and unhelpful.Its covid secure (as much as it can be), it is generally clean but there are other shops with more floor area and better selections open the same hours within easy walking distance.

XMAS UPDATE: They're closed Christmas Day, obviously, but are open 0800 -- 2100 Boxing Day. Doesn't state New Years opening hours yet. Covid situation in store hasn't really changed. They're doing the best they can.As of mid-June, they're doing their best to socially distance but all of the shops here are in physically small premises and members of the public are often not interested in following the rules. But that's no different to any other shop. Keep your wits about you and maybe bring a mask.The guys and gals working here are doing a great job under really challenging circumstances and I can't fault them at all. They're working hard to keep shelves stocked and serve people while simultaneously keeping everyone safe from the dreaded virus. While the company has installed floor markers, plastic shields on the counter and a sanitizer station next to the door, it is still very cramped and difficult to keep up the distancing.If you're shielding or are particularly vulnerable, my suggestion is giving this spot a miss for the duration of the current climate -- better yet, ask someone to shop on your behalf.

I visited the store today and I've got to say I was disapointed with what I saw.First of all, the place was a tip. An absoloute mess. Staff clearly didn't care. I was served by Louise when I went to pay for my milk, and she was rude and uninterested in anything I had to say.I spoke to her about my complaints regarding social distancing, and she was dismissive and uninterested in my views.Very disapointed AVOID AVOID AVOID!
