Went in for my daughter as she isn't a plus size like me. There is plenty to choose from, accessible for wheelchairs and the rails are wide enough for navigating. The store has a pleasant atmosphere and very clean.

Just want to say how amazing the staff are in New Look Folkestone. Nothing is ever too much trouble and all staff go above and beyond to help you. Fantastic customer service every time I shop in there. It?s rare to have constant high level of customer service these days so thank you ??
