One of the best business centers in folkestone. The place is huge and has plenty of parking space. You can easily visit and do what you want. It is also one of the best real estates companies in folkestons. Easily trusted and good service delivery.

I couldn?t have asked for a better experience, Deanna and Kim helped me so much to get the perfect house for me and my family !They were kind and thorough and helped me to rent a property, within 2 weeks of viewing a beautiful house, I had the keys a paperwork all sorted and all ready to move in !They were patient with me when I had to ask many questions and always responded quickly to emails and calls from myself !Made a very stressful experience easy an enjoyable ! Would highly recommend using these estate agents !

Recently used Motis for the valuation and sale of our home. Kris and Chris were both excellent throughout with clear communication. The house sold within the first week of being on the market, and we had lots of viewings booked in too. Their fees were very reasonable in comparison to other estate agents in the area. The whole process was really smooth and we can?t thank Motis enough for making the whole process as easy as possible. Thank you Kris & Chris!

Ellie was most helpful and pleasant in securing a rental for me in under two weeks. I was kept informed of the processes and she went out of her way to show me the property and to finalise arrangements. She had the patience of a saint in dealing with me - a credit to the agency.
