It take forever for food

Food cold and rubbery, like it had been sitting around for a while. Plant base meal, chips just the same.
Male staff member that had facial hair, in the food area without a cover over his face, he was constantly touching his hair and facial hair, I told to members for staff that he should be covered up, they just smiled at me. Disgusting.
Vegetarian options: Disgusting.

Food was spot on except the elderly lady who cleaned the tables was constantly hovering around making myself and no doubt other costumer's feel they should hurry up and finish their breakfast!

Lately visited this outlet and had the all new BBQ McCrispy Burger and the Grimace Shake?absolutely amazing! The Burger was perfectly cooked, with a crispy yet juicy chicken patty and flavorful toppings. The Grimace Shake was the perfect blend of creamy and sweet, with a unique flavor that left me wanting more. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. Definitely coming back for this combo!

Food is to be expected. Service was ok not head turning occasionally drive through do forget sauces asked for best to check before driving away.

Drive through burger meals for 3 was expensive IMHO, I was left waiting in a bay for 17 mins after paying & was totally screwed on the fries portions! (pic genuine & no bag fries) - certainly won?t be visiting again ?

I visited here in December 2023 and was served by a lovely young man named Finley lanaway. I think about him all the time as he was so kind and lovely to me and my eight grandchildren when we all came in to share a happy meal. The youngest has severe schizophrenia and was bashing her head on the wall, and Finn was able to calm her down with a gentle loving cuddle at the table. He then let her sit in his lap. She really fancied him but he told her she was unfortunately too old at five. He said to let him know when her mummy next has a baby and he?ll pop round. Anyway I?m hoping someone can get hold of him and tell him how much we love and appreciate him. I have spent many long hours stood outside hoping to see him again unfortunately he is never there.

Dietary restrictions: I ordered no pickles but they unfortunately came with pickles anyway. It?s okay because Finn snatched them off my burger and gobbled them up himself. He then licked the top of the burger to make sure no nasty pickle juice remained
Parking: Parking was amazing I parked the mini van with ease and Finn was able to give us a push to get it going before we left
Kid-friendliness: So kid friendly as mentioned before Finn was available to hug all of the grandchildren apart from the ugly one
Wheelchair accessibility: Excellent. My grandson is a quadruple paraplegic and requires lots of space
