Highly competent and professional property managers. I have been a landlord and a loyal customer of Martin & Co and the two predecessor companies absorbed by them, Paul Brown, and Hallams, since 2007.The Martin & Co team always exceeded my expectations and looked after my interests as a landlord, and again when I sold each of my Dover houses.It would be wrong to single any individual out for special praise. This is a team who work as a team.

Always happy to follow up on everything and chase without being asked. David really does help take the stress out of entire process. Really efficient and great at what he does. Thank you David.Matt in property management- Matt managed my properties for several years and handled everything, From finding tenants, ensuring everything thing is in working order etc all the way to a court eviction which Matt and his team handled like pros. They made a very stressful situation go as smoothly as possible.My experience with Martin and Co has been extremely positive and I would highly recommend them in all areas. I have had the pleasure of being a customer of Martin and co for may years.Mine and my late husband's first experience was of the letting side of the business, when we rented a lovely large 2 bedroom flat, when moving to Kent from Portsmouth 7 years ago. The service was fantastic, friendly, informative and transparent when letting. If we had any questions they were happy to answer and help.Our next experience was when we were looking for a house to buy. Dave knew what we were looking for, after seeing several properties with a wide range of estate agents, we were shown the house which we bought through Martin and co. Again, very helpful, informative, the service was outstanding.My circumstances changed 18 months ago, which ment I needed to sell my house.The team, were great, supportive helped me with any questions I had, and helped with the tough decisions.It maybe said that they only did this for the money, but I can assure you beyond a doubt, they did more than any other estate agents would have done. I could not thank them enough, from me, my late husband and my daughter.

My experience with Martin & Co as a tenant has been overwhelmingly positive so far with high levels of communication & transparency and a positive approach to the the letting process.Collecting the keys was made extra special with a nice touch of a gift hamper and friendly staff. All of my questions have been answered in a short span of time and I have felt supported throughout the process by Phoebe, Shelley, and Julie.Great job!

I have rented and now bought a flat through Martin & Co, and I have nothing but good things to say about the whole team. Nicky and David were brilliant at every stage of my flat purchase, I can't thank them enough. Jess was amazing at managing my rental block, always on hand to promptly sort any issues that arose. Also thanks to Phoebe and Will for helping me find a flat in the first place! All in all, the friendliest and most efficient experience I've ever had with an estate agent, highly recommended.

Very helpful from the start. Pheobe showed me around the property and was very welcoming, answered all of my questions and helped me through all the stages of getting me and my other half our first home. All the staff are extremely welcoming. Phoebe provided excellent service, responding to emails in good time and in a helpful manner. No question was too much, or too stupid when viewing properties with Phoebe. Jessica explained everything in an easy-to-understand way during my move-in appointment - the goodie box was a nice touch too. Shelley made a point of explaining in person some information which she was later going to email to me which was a lovely human touch.Top-tier service.

The agency has been very helpful in managing rental houses and subsequently selling them. This included helpful inspection updates while they were rented, liaising with tenants over maintenance work, and managing to secure buyers' interests quickly. Staff are always friendly and helpful and ensure that any queries are responded to quickly.

The Martin and Co Folkestone team are outstanding. I?d been looking to move out of London in 2021 and Phoebe was so prompt, helpful and friendly during viewings, as well as assisting me with all other enquiries! Throughout my 2 tenancies, Jess was always very kind, communicative and highly efficient with the maintenance of the property. In addition to that, all queries were handled with impeccable customer service! It felt so refreshing and reassuring, to rent from such a trustworthy team who really do think of your needs when it comes to it.

Phoebe was so bubbly and likeable when viewing the property. Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. In the mean time when we had any other questions I would just pop her an email and she would get back to me straight away with an answer. I have had bad experiences with a different agent taking a long time to do everything and being very unresponsive but this has been a welcome change to being efficient and organised. I was also pleasantly surprised to be given a welcome to your new home box with lots of goodies inside which is a lovely touch! Definitely recommend Martin & Co and Phoebe is a star!
