Incredibly friendly and very helpful. I was looking for a book and was given a lot of help for online searching.It's so nice to be treated with courtesy. I met the lovely owner at a church fête and was so touched she both remembered and went out of her way to say hello.

This is the best bookshop I have ever visited. An amazing array of publications on offer, many of which are first edition or antiquarian. Exceptional prices on all books, with absolute gems for collectors and casual readers alike to be found. The owner, Patrick Marrin, is a very friendly and knowledgeable shop keeper/restorer. He has an immense interest in books and will gladly let you peruse collections at your leisure, or help you out if you need to search for something more specific. It's always a pleasure to grab a book here, so go and see for yourself.
