Absolutely love Lo-Lo Chinese! Been using them for years. The guy they have answering the phone is a breath of fresh air, happy, helpful..his telephone manner is spot on.
Food always, hot and not too greasy like some we have tried in the past.
They are more than happy to tweak things a little aswell, I don?t like onions so they leave those out for me.

Second time I have been here and the most recent was lovely jublee. Food was very nice and service prompt. Think I'll use lo lo as my 'usual' from now on. Lots of parking space outside. Good food and venue.

Food was poor. szechuan chicken was slimy and had no flavour to it, ribs were fatty and chewy. duck in plum was also poor and weirdly was cooked with chunks of pineapple. Chow mein wasn't great but the quality of the chicken was much better.Service was okay but there was loads of arguing amongst the chefs in the back.Would avoid in future

Been a regular here for a long time, food has always been bang on. Can't fault it really, not sure why there are some bad reviews.

Ordered 25 pounds worse of Chinese tonight my food come the rice and chow main had a very very bad taste like it was off. which only left us with chicken and chips. I rang the restaurant and explained and ask for a refund and that I would drop the food to them. They said they would only refund me for the rice and chow main and not the rest of my order. I'm sorry but if u order a Chinese u want a Chinese u don't wanna sit and eat chicken and chips. The lad on the phone was nice trying to speak to his manager but I ask to speak to the manager she was very rude. Please don't order from this place if u u don't wanna get a rude manager and end up with a bad belly. As I tasted this food please pray for me tomorrow

I?ve been ordering from Lo Lo Chinese a long time, today they lost me as a customer, sent me a spring roll that tasted like bleach and stunk of it, when I told them they offered to send 2 more which I declined, the meal cost me almost £50 and was ruined nothing tasted like it usually does it was like it was from a different Chinese. They?ve now sent me back the £7 I paid for the spring rolls but it ruined our whole meal and I?m disgusted at there customer service avoid at all costs they?ve clearly decided to order in cheaper quality food and it?s affecting them badly I think all regular customers will notice soon. Black bean sauce was flavourless, I admit the crispy chilli beef was still good, and the balls were fine, but everything else was shocking as if it was from yesterday no flavour and I?m actually livid, it?s ruined our whole atmosphere in the house and spoiled the evening, that?s half a days wage I invested in the most disappointing meal I?ve ever encountered, good bye Lo Lo I?m finding a new Chinese, so will my family as we all used to eat from you, not anymore. And I?m posting it on a viral TikTok account too, you should have treated me as a valued customer, but as you didn?t I?m going to invest some time in losing you custom

18th August 2022 6.30pm Worst chow mein we have ever had. Stodgy and food was disgusting all stuck together.Phoned and complained but was fobbed off. Never had any complaints with their food before.
