I came for a second opinion due to my front tires needing to be topped up every seven or eight days. National Tyres tried telling me this was not unusual and that the valves were fine. You guys did a proper job and as I suspected my valves needed replacement. You also ordered and received a rear wiper blade for me while I was there. From now on KwikFit will be my first port of call, your staff filled me with confidence due to their professional manner and standard of work provided,thank you.

10/10 experience, reception man extremely helpful, experienced and explained everything perfectly. I had a flat tire and he sorted me out properly and professionally. Would recommend to anyone in the area, especially as most tire shops are a bit dodgy in Folkestone and this one is proper.

A very reluctant 1 star, would give zero if I could! I took my car to have 2 new tyres fitted which were ordered online and booked in for a 09.30 slot. I arrived 09.20 and dropped the car off, explained that the alignment was off and needed resetting along with tracking, that was fine but would be an extra charge, which was fine.
Arrived back at the garage at 10.55 to be told it hadn't even been started on and they were just about to do the work! I booked this car in for a 09.30 appointment and was only told on my return 'oh it's just a first come first serve and we are really busy today!!!
What is the point of booking an appointment if you are not going to keep to a scheduled time, clearly taking on more work than they had staff to cover. While I might appreciate that the manager was helping out with the backlog, it still makes the appointment meaningless.
When they finally came back 30 minutes later to tell me it was all done, I asked if the wheel alignment had been done? I was then informed they hadn't been told it needed it?? So much for the free alignment check, as this would have clearly shown the requirement! On escalating to management, I'm then told that for a wheel alignment, the car would need to go to a Hyundai garage??? Never heard anything more annoying and inaccurate in all my years of motoring and using Kwikfit, all be it a different garage. If wheel alignment could only be done at Hyundai, why then when I dropped my car off was I not informed and told the price to complete the work?
Truly awful customer service, couldn't give a damn and happy to send a car back out onto the road with faulty wheel alignment. Recommend to avoid at all costs given my experience this morning and a more formal complaint will follow.
