We were impressed with the quality of the kitchen units in the Kutchenhaus showroom but didn't expect Maria's friendliness and eager-to-please attitude. Having made an initial enquiry we had no problem in deciding to go ahead, having seen Maria's design, and realized that any changes we requested were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Nothing at all was too much trouble.When the kitchen components were delivered however, the excellent service we had received so far was at least equalled if not excelled by the craftsmanship, efficiency and attention to detail of Paul Dave and Luke. Together they tackled the carpentry, electrics, plumbing and plastering quickly, cleanly and with all round excellence.Each of the men went out of their way to assure us that their only goal was our complete satisfaction.I can't praise Kutchenhaus highly enough. Were we contemplating another kitchen refit, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Maria was so helpful. Her design was just what I wanted and she really listened but also made good suggestions that I hadn?t thought of. Her communication is very good and she always gets back quickly. I love the product, it?s fantastic quality. The only reason I haven?t given it 5 stars was because of the charges that their fitter quoted. I nearly fell over and therefore found my own fitter who charged 1/3 of what they quoted. However as a team and a product they are excellent.

Would highly recommend Maria and the team at KH! From the very beginning of our kitchen project Maria was understanding of our wish for a dream kitchen but also aware of our budget and did not push for selling products that were not needed. She designed a kitchen that we love and has transformed the way we live in our house! Communications were excellent throughout from Maria, Ben and Jake co-ordinating with their recommended kitchen fitter and with our builders.

Recently used Kutchenhaus on our new build project in Whitstable. From our initial design meeting we knew we were in safe hands. We were so happy with the quality of the kitchen as well as the service we received from Jake. We will certainly be recommending you guys to both friends and family alike. Keep up the good work guys and thanks again.

From the moment we walked in to Kutchenhaus showroom, we were well looked after by Ben who was able to assist with our exact requirements and offer us different options for our needs. We required something very specific and Bens knowledge of the product was excellent and was able to show us how it worked and how it could be easily cleaned and maintained. As soon as we left the shop we knew we had made the right choice. Ben and Jake were able to give us an exact lead time on the product which arrived in time for us to be able to finish our project in the time scale we had set. In the lead up to delivery they were able to give us all the specifications so the kitchen fitters were able to get on and get everything ready for installation. We would highly recommend their services and quality of range and products.
