Couldn?t get onto my online banking as I used my husbands phone.
Had to call fraud dept who told me I needed to go into branch with ID
They are closing so many banks and my nearest is 40 mins by car.
What happens if I don?t drive or elderly

not everyone can get to the bank within the opening hours due to work. fine. but therefore you?d expect someone to answer the phone and not have the automation cut you off every? single? time. always the way when you?re bringing up money taken off you for no reason but they?ll be the first to chase you the other way around

How are you supposed to pop in to the bank on a weekday if you have a job? When you close at three o'clock? Who are you serving between them hours? Surely this must play a key part in the high street banks closing. You are not open to see your working customers.

I was disgusted with the service I received today at your Folkestone Bank, thy did not help me, when back twice. If this happens again, think I will change Banks.

The folkestone branch is closed today due to the weather. At least they could have mentioned this on the website and not just a message on the door and saved me a trip.The external cash machine does not accept deposits, and neither did the one in Canterbury on Saturday. Considering the bank has short opening hours the ability to deposit through external machines would be useful.
