I went to Halfords Folkestone recently to buy engine oil for our Vivaro van I was helped very nicely I gave my registration number and was advised for the correct oil which I purchased and I saved £5 because I?m a Halfords member Thank you

We came in this morning after taking delivery of my son's bike yesterday afternoon. Built at home, we were having issues with the front disc brakes. We saw Matt from the bike department. He found there was a fault with part and replaced it there and then. He explained everything, was very knowledgeable, was so helpful. Honestly we recieved excellent service from Matt today.

Popped in to Folkestone for a replacement headlight bulb on a 2015 VW Touareg. My goodness- thank goodness I did! Once the technician had Identified which bulb was needed ? he then wrestled and tussled the tiniest space and clips to get the new bulb fitted and working. What an absolute star ??. I have no doubt that would have cost me more than double if I?d ?popped? into VW dealership. Thank you. ?

I have been meaning to write since roughly the middle of April, when I went to your Park Farm branch in the hope of being able to update my Garmin navigator.
I was very distressed at the time, as my husband was very ill in the Wiliam Harvey Hospital and apart from not having driven for 5 years, I had no idea of the route I should take.
Your employee, Terry (I do not know his surname, but think he may have a red beard) came to my rescue. He offered to upload Google Maps onto my phone, which he did without any fuss, remaining pleasant and kindly putting my mind at rest. He is an asset to your business. Thank you, Terry.
