I cannot praise Emma highly enough, she was very professional; courteous; and extremely friendly. A lovely lady. Whenever I'm staying in the area, Emma will be my go to care agency.

I'm a development manager of a sheltered housing development in Folkestone. Emma and her team visit one of my residents twice daily and I have to say the staff and ethos of the team really set them apart from all other agencies (and I experience them all). They are always friendly, take time to say hello and passionate about the work they do. Other residents have even commented to me how lovely they are. Highly recommended. Put Folkestone Home Care to the top of your list.

I have worked for the NHS and seen lots of examples of bad care. So it was a refreshing change to meet Emma and her team who went above and beyond to meet my care needs. The took a holistic approach to care. Not just the physical tasks but emotional care and support was provided.I have in my professinal career come across many care providers but this is the best by far I have ever encountered. If you want to experience how care should be provided then try folkestone home care and trust me any other agency you try will not even come close to their standard of care.

Emma and her team look after my father in law, and I can honestly say that they go above and beyond, to ensure that his care needs are met. I work in the care sector and appreciate their holistic approach to caring for him and supporting my mother in law. Excellent service.

It was Emma's statements on her website that made me contact Folkestone Home Care. I contacted Folkestone Home Care on the Wednesday,Emma came on the Thursday and she started to provide care on the Friday, a very prompt and efficient service.On explaining my Mum's needs, Emma immediately said no more than three carers would visit Mum due to her needs as she needed to get to know the carers providing the care and not see different carers each time, she needs continuity,photographs have been provided so my Mum can recognise the carers.Folkestone Home Care provide individualized care,they fully understand what my Mum's needs are and will adjust call times to accommodate this.Emma has arranged prescriptions from the GP and collected them, she brings fish and chips once a week,she painted Mum's finger nails on Christmas Day and has arranged a chiropodist to visit.Folkestone Home Care keep accurate records and encourage Mum to eat and drink,leaving stickers on her drinks saying "drink me".Emma is very friendly and has a very calming personality and provides the personal touches that you would provide for yourself.I am kept informed by phone,text or email and will be contacted immediately of any urgent situations that may arise.Folkestone Home Care are providing outstanding care to my Mum,they go above and beyond of what i was expecting.They are not only providing support to my Mum but to me also,I am reassured she is cared for with dignity and respect.

We visited Folkestone Home Care to renew our first aid certificates, and were really impressed by the professionalism and enthusiasm with which the course was carried out. The facilities available which include classroom and practical training areas were all excellent.The staff were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We had a really enjoyable day and now feel confident in our First Aid ability thanks to Folkestone Home Care.
