“Went to Folkestone store on Wednesday 18/06/25.
Went in with some family to get an iPhone. All staff were extremely helpful, didn’t make us feel like we were wasting our time or taking to long, as we were trading in a phone as well.
Unfortunately didn’t get all of the names of the staff that helped us.
We were served by a lovely girl called Molly. Absolutely wonderful mannerisms, very polite.
We also had three different gentleman helping us as well, can’t fault the staff .
