Terrible customer service. Because I bought a tumble dryer for my business & it stopped working after less than 2 months they won?t fix it /replace it or refund me because I?m a local business. I will never purchase from curry?s again .

Really positive experience purchasing a new phone. Had a number of issues related to me having moved, and it took a lot longer than it should have because of my own problems, but Jake worked through everything and helped me despite the challenges that weren't their fault. Really helpful and kind staff.

Had a problem with my LG TV today- I remember I bought it from Curry?s and the after service was SUPERB. I had face time support even to help me set up. So I called them today 4 years later and the assistant - Emmy was so patient and persistent in trying to help me- unfortunately we weren?t successful so she gave me a reference number and phone number for LG. They answered quickly and after attempting to talk me through decided to take over my tv remotely. I am EXTREMELY happy to report tv is now fully functioning.

Went to purchase a sandwich maker, checked, on line, showing they had numerous available, went to shop and was disappointed by the fact they had 2 on display and in stock, left very disappointed.

What a mess that have become! I remember Currys being a lot better...Just moved to a new place, I needed the whole shebang (TV, Computer,Washing machine, Fridge, etc.).
Well...Currys only do kerb delivery now, how am I supposed to lift all those equipments to my flat on my own? Sorry Currys, I went to AO and spent over £3000.00 free delivery to my flat, cheaper products and better customer service.
Oh yes, the manager at Currys was so rude and entitled, he told me we don't need your £3000.00 as we cannot deliver the goods to your flat...Seriously what a pathetic answer, hopefully his regional manager will teach him some manners!
