I was in desperate need of some last minute party assistance. Claire at Folkestone card factory was amazing, she was so helpful. I needed something that is not sold anywhere locally and if I hadn't needed it for the next morning Claire had shown me where to get what I needed online. Luckily she had what I needed and kindly let me have some. Visit this shop in Folkestone the staff are amazing, friendly and kind.

I always use Card Factory. The choice is immense and the prices are great. The staff are always friendly and helpful, polite and efficient. I popped in the other day and said ?This is why I come in here for the great service? and the staff member said ?And this is made easier because of customers like you?! How lovely is that?! great for budget cards and the occasional gift, especially when it's something like mother's/father's day or christmas. the wrapping paper is very good, as are the bows.
