Horrible service yesterday evening. Spoken to like children by a 'manager' who seemed irritated by our very presence. Stale crumbling bun on the chicken royale. Only the fries were nice and fresh really. Claim they don't participate in redeeming points and special offers via the app. Won't be returning. Go to the Dover one if you want better service. I don't go out to be made to feel humiliated like I was in this restaurant.

This was a absolute shocker from the staff tonight ordered double burgers got a single also put a burger on the receipt we didn?t ask for and wouldn?t refund food was very boring and bland just all over a disappointing meal will not go back and will not be spending another penny there wouldn?t recomend at all

How hard it is to prepare what people order ?I had ordered a BBQ Memphis Burger and they send me a bacon burger with extra chilli bites.That is not what I had ordered,why tf you send me something else?Hire competent staff,or if u cannot afford it,close it down and let someone else have a different buisniess

Has to wait to be served ?at least 5mins seams like the only person working was the young man running around trying to do everything while management we're talking about what they were going to do over the weekend (not involving work)!!!! I don't eat out much anymore, didn't enjoy my experience but food was good.

After ordering a Steakhouse Crispy Chicken burger from the Folkestone BK, instead of 'proper' chicken fillet as advertised, I got the processed crap they use in their other chicken burgers, so I asked for a refund as I didn't have time to wait for another (they can be really slow).Instead of refunding me my £7.99 back to my card, I was then charged another £7.99 which I didn't notice until I got a balance on my account a few days later.When I challenged the manager (that also served me) on it, instead of apologising, her actually got quite aggressive and I later found out he lied and said it was me, and that he was going to ban me.A year on, and I've still not got my money back despite asking for it and proving the double charge on my account, so I refuse to eat BK now on principle, despite their burgers being among my faves.So beware.
