Awful ! I paid £90 to have our old bed removed on top of the £35 delivery charge and although I am in my 80,s I had dismantled the double bed and carried all the parts down stairs to aid their delivery They refused to take the headboard. Not a thank you for my help and in a rush to go. Never again Bensons !

Extremelly disapointing! I bought a wardrobre which was on display. The price was reduced because of asthetics. They promised to disasemble and pack it carefully as I was going to move home to a different county. It was'nt packed when the wardrobe arrived here, they haven't removed the screws, which caused damage to the wardrobe. Also there were screws missing and no instrctions

Outstanding from the start. Found exactly what we wanted in store. The team were knowable and friendly. Products are very high quality, thoroughly happy knowing they will last. Delivery was also good brought everything into the flat and room I needed them in. Assembly on our wardrobe was top notch, configured to our liking, no damage and done quickly. Would definitely shop again in the future.

Starr and her Manager was 2 lovely people, me and my friend came in to find a bed for myself. Starr came over and asked how I was and if I needed anything at all - to just pop to the desk. Throughout the sales experience, it was immaculate - she mentioned she had only been there a couple of months and she handled it perfectly.

I bought a mattress here. Lovely mattress. But the delivery chaps installed a headboard. Months later the headboard has dropped down by 4 inches, looking ludicrous. But because the headboard isn't Bensons, the store won't rectify it.Annoying when I tipped the chaps £10 each as I was so thankful for them putting it up. (As the chap who took my old bed away, broke my perfect condition headboard, as he was incompetent.)Sad when people don't do the right thing but hey. God bless all those that do go above and beyond!

Our experience of Benson for Beds, Folkestone was almost identical to the experience described 5 months ago by Caroline Maddox: Paul was very helpful in guiding us to the most suitable mattress, the one we chose was very good value for money and the delivery and collection of our old mattress happened when Benson said it would. We had to order a bespoke version because our static caravan fixed bed base is a non-standard length. The new mattress has completely transformed our caravan bedroom for the better!
