Marshall was polite, friendly and helped me pick the right product from the information I gave him. The ordering was faultless and he listened to everything I had to say without rushing through things. I purchased a mattress some months ago from the same store and the service is outstanding.

About 3 months ago, I had to replace a Premier Inn mattress by Silentnight Night because 2 different mattresses collapsed in 4 weeks.
I walked into Bensons expecting to be sold to and was proven incorrect. I was asked what I was looking for. I explained that I wanted a mattress that had a replaceable topper.
I was immediately shown their own brand, Eva. I couldn't believe it, everything could be unzipped. You can turn the mattress over for a different firmness, too.
I have already added a layer of Bedaire fabric into the topper to help with cooling and sweat reduction.
I arranged to collect my mattress, and being rolled up, it was easy to move. On the day of collection, I was greeted by the warehouse man, who immediately explained that the mattress had got a small mark whilst on the truck. He said that he had already arranged a replacement and that I could take this one until the replacement was delivered to my home.
Once home, I used the complimentary cleaner to nearly remove the mark. I decided to keep the mattress and was offered a small refund, which I never got.
Anyway, 3 months on and the mattress is keeping its shape, and I am extremely pleased with it.

Sam was excellent, we had brought a bed and mattress last year and returned to buy 1 mattress and after speaking to Sam and seeing the offer we left with 2 mattresses ? Sam looked at the offer and advised accordingly. first class service and the to be delivered in just over a week outstanding ?

Walked in and started to browse, Sam walked over and offered her assistance, testing what firmness I preferred before directing me to a variety of suitable mattresses. After comparing about 5 mattresses, I decided what I wanted, and Sam was very helpful completing the sale. I am looking forward to my new mattress!
