We signed up for their health insurance a month ago. We chose an expensive option with no excess. It works with Bupa. My wife experienced problems with her right shoulder and arm, so we thought that it was the ideal time to test our new policy. They redirect us to a digital GP (not from Bupa). She asked my wife if she had had pain in the arm in the past. The obvious and honest answer is yes, we have always had pain in any part of our bodies in the past. Of course, this was a completely different pain. Completely new. Apparently, because of this (they never said so), we were asked to pay for an additional GP consultation (it should be covered for free). I guess that they expect people to say that they have never had any pain in any part of their bodies in the past. We prefer to tell the truth. Not sure about them. Policy cancelled within 29 days.

From the constant barrage of junk mail I receive from saga NOTHING would make me choose them for my holiday.Thankfully their name is always on the outer cover or envelope so I can put it straight in the bin without having to open it

My recent experience with Saga Car Insurance left me feeling dissatisfied. I needed to update my car insurance policy due to a change in my job status and was charged a £25 management fee, but only refunded £19. This is the second time I've encountered such a fee with this company, as I was charged a similar £25 fee when I updated my car license information from an international license to a UK license.I believe that the management fees charged by this company are too expensive and unnecessary. It's frustrating that I was just trying to update my information and ended up with such an unfavorable outcome. I want to warn others who are considering this company for their insurance needs that these fees are not justifiable.

I think this might be situated within the saga building as I've not seen any ATM when walking around the site. Therefore I presume that this is not available for public use.
