Love the staff here! Going every week we have got to know Many. Always happy to see them, super friendly and helpful . Shelves are generally well stocked. Store is clean. Love ASDA own brands and the reward system. The scan and go is really useful. Only down side is the toilets, could deffinatly do with a refurb and being open more often.

Update: new young girl whonworks in the cafe is a game changer to the place, a huge assest to the the asda cafe.
How can you go wrong with Asia. Ladies on the pizza counter always prep me exciting pizzas with a huge smile, never complain. security team are cool, always helpful. Top marks also for HR and management in this store, totally on point ?

Asda staff are really rude. Staff at the till. Short with black hair middle-aged. screamed at us after we told to go to her and by another member ofstaff. When we got there but she screamed that not open so rude and and was embarrassed.
said to her politey we were sent yo her. But continued screaming at us. We shop regularly at asda every few days. But we felt humiliated by a rude woman who should not be rowing the job she roes. I've are not the only people 2ho commented about her behaviour. Asda you rent do something about your staff your store is going to be emptier. love asda but after today. I think twice. she was on till number 1. Advice manners lesson or retirement. She humiliated my disabled mother wnd I'm not standing for it.

Music far too loud to shop to. Constantly watched by security guard. Nobody on checkouts. Limited variety of most things and out of stock of other things. Prices increased, reduced items hardly reduced to the point I shall be shopping in Waitrose in Hythe and lids due to those being better shopping experiences.
It's a shame as they have some brilliant staff on check outs who have great customer service skills.

Would highly not recommend. Your staff needs better diversity training. What is the point of having security if you will have staff standing over people of color as they shop and check out. As if we have time to steal from there.

Not only have you made my kids cry but you really have infuriated me to another level the fact there is no number to directly call you is beyond me !!! Cancelling an order we had to sit and wait hours because you kept telling me it?s going to be late and so we had no choice but to wait for food that we could eat and that was supposed to be our dinner !!! My children's dinner, to tell me due to bad weather ? What bad weather ? Not one cloud in the sky i don't live that far from folkestone asda so no not bad weather, not only that when rebooked you charged me double!! Somebody better get in touch with me right away for such nonsense of behaviour , i would understand if you would of cancelled hours prior but you do it at 7:30pm already when you've told me your late!! The order was supposed to be delivered between 6-7pm , i have shopped here for so many years and never had an issue until recently you have been nothing but problems with deliveries and i still put my trust in you at this rate you need to sort the management there or your delivery drivers its one or the other constantly causing issues as there never used to be !

If you've not been there before dont use the car park its a joke the machines are useless ive even read o the net people who wont use asda because of the car parking machines..ashford is far better free parking and youhave the designer outlet next to it and the outlets parking fees are much cheape

Typicall Asda store as you would expect. BUT the car park machines are the worst I've ever used or should I say tried to use.. who's idea it was to use this make of car park machine has no idea of reality..the key pad letters and numbers ar very small also very low down on the front my eyes are 20 20 but I still had a problem seeing them if your 4ft tall then they are at eye level if you 6" 3" you almost need to neal to see them pluse is a dark car park i think in the winter you might need a torch lol..I won't be using folkestone store again £1.70 for 1 hour..ashford store is free parking ...and the parking meters in Ashford are far better easy to use ..plus there are several free car parks in Ashford..so it's ashford for me from now on folkestone has lost the plot...

I bought two basic blouses and since I felt a little sweaty I decided to change in the restroom of Asda. When I changed and left I noticed a security guard lady watching me but I didn't find it strange. I wanted to go to Asda Cafe to have something to drink and rest and at that moment the security guard lady stopped me and asked for the receipt of the hangers I had in my hand. This was extremely humiliating and rude. Of course I showed my receipt. The woman told me that someone had complained about me. I think this is completely racist. Asda you disappointed me. From now on I will go to Morrisson even if it is a little farther away and I will not shop from you!

I went shopping in Folkestone Asda, looking for an omelette maker, asked a young lady shop assistant and she showed me to the area, looked and she said sold out. I carried on shopping around the store, when the same store assistant had come to find me in the store, she had found me an omelette maker. Not sure what her name was but amazing what a service and helpful assistant. Thank you so much.
