I have been a customer of this branch since 2018 and never had any problems BUT today your shop has upset my disabled wife (im her carer) by setting DEBT COLECTORS on her ! for a parking fine of £ 115 She did try to pay but machine not operational and in this store OFTEN it dosent have a charge. BUT THIS TIME you set debt recovery plus onto her ref 15467232 20/06/25 I have tried without sucsess to speak to the shop managers, tried without sucess your phone nos and now cant even speak to someon on line....Whay are you making this wrong chage? why are you making it so hard to speak to anyone?

I went into Tesco the other evening with my 6 year old son and he complained to me that there were bugs in his pasta that he got in his meal deal. They were rather large bugs and they were all over the meal! and to top it off, the person at the till dropped my eggs and said that it was my fault even though he pushed them off on purpose then he demanded me to pay for them! I am completely disgusted and disappointed at this situation we have got ourselves into.

Not usually too busy, wide range of items, pricing isn't horrible for most items. Staff are usually friendly but there's one lady who annoys me. Scan as you shop is a bit lazy

This is by far the friendliest supermarket there is. I?ve been shopping here regularly for 30 years and as other supermarkets turn over to soul less, self service lead cold and uncaring shops, this Tesco keeps customer relations as top priority. No ageism here.
I hate shopping but the checkout staff are all just lovely. Keep it up Tesco!

The grocery store is fine but don't use the pharmacy. Slow and useless staff. Waiting for ages while one incompetent girl served at the counter while two others stood about chatting and applying lip gloss as if they had the day off. Totally useless and lazy. Appalling customer service.

Big Tesco! Got all the usual stuff.. Clean toilets and facilities.
Parking validation could be tricky. The tall security person at the entrance was helpful in clarifying the parking situation.
2 hire parking for £5 spend. Get voucher and validate at machines outside.
