Visited Faversham Superdrug on Thursday, was greeted by a smiley assistant called Em. She then proceeded to help select some products that I needed. She really is a credit to your store and should be commended on her customer service. I will definately return, thank you Em.

I went to the Faversham store to get some bits many times. Whilst there I met Priya who gave me advice on what suits me. Today I saw the ice pods for perfume. She explained how it works and I chose my perfume to go in it. It wouldn't work (not her fault, the nozzle is too big on some) but she kept her cool and suggested some other ones that I might like. I left very happy and felt I needed to say that. Thank you!

Whilst in Faversham, I called into the store, I asked the young girl behind the counter for help, she stopped what she was doing, walked me to the lip balms, listened to me about my chapped lips, told me which product was good, I left the store really happy & loved the product!

Went in for a product I usual gegg from superdrug but not been in Faversham one for a long time asked lady behind counter she didn't no but did look for me in wrong place , when I told her you usual sell it, she replied well there all in a meeting at the moment, instead of chatting with your colleague behind the counter maybe you should take a look around where you work and see what you do sell and where things are
