Visited Faversham Superdrug on Thursday, was greeted by a smiley assistant called Em. She then proceeded to help select some products that I needed. She really is a credit to your store and should be commended on her customer service. I will definately return, thank you Em.

I went to the Faversham store to get some bits many times. Whilst there I met Priya who gave me advice on what suits me. Today I saw the ice pods for perfume. Whilst in Faversham, I called into the store, I asked the young girl behind the counter for help, she stopped what she was doing, walked me to the lip balms, listened to me about my chapped lips, told me which product was good, I left the store really happy & loved the product! Absolutely fantastic service ?
