Specsavers are true to their word quality glasses at affordable prices even the cheapest frames are quite capable of long term use, the staff are attentive polite and professional, and whole process is simple and straightforward.

After buying 2 new pair of reading glasses I needed new driving glasses. I had a pair from Specsavers 2 years ago with black lenses, recommended by them, for night driving. I needed new ones. It was recommended that I try a grey lens as it would be better for night driving. Went down to collect and was told, AFTER they were paid for, that I am not allowed to wear coloured lenses to drive. I should have yellow. Another £50!!! This is the very worst type of con!! I'm 81, a pensioner. I'm not made of money

The optician was welcoming, professional, and thorough. Great advice without sounding officious. The flow of the appointment ran smoothly, with great advice on frame styles and fit from the optical advisor.
If Specsavers Faversham were a pair of glasses, they'd be the kind that make everything look brighter, sharper, and just a little more fabulous. 5*
