Had a lovely young lady today help me (Twice!) with a problem with my credit card this morning after a botched bank transfer caused a security issue. Please correct me on her name but think it was Kasey? Anyway thanks to all the staff at the branch who are always so helpful and friendly when I have to visit the branch.

Only open 4 days a week. If you work a 9-5, Monday to Friday, it's near impossible to do banking with this branch as they're closed Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. Maybe it would be better if they closed Monday and opened on Saturday instead?

Today, Robyn helped me so quickly and efficiently when no one else at Nationwide head office could. I lost a lot of time over two days trying to sort out something that was not my fault, but that of the Nationwide system and this lovely lady was the only one who actually did something about it. Thank you very much. You have saved my sanity!

Fantastic service, I donâ??t go in much, but am always greeted by name. Nothing is ever any trouble. I especially love the way they look after the older folk that use this branch, they have genuine conversations with them and know them personally. The staff are a credit to Nationwide.

The staff here do their very best to be friendly and helpful. The problem is this branch is too small for the number of people using it. Expect to queue at most times. Come on Nationwide do Faversham a favour and find larger premises.
