Our fridge at work stopped working and the milk had turned out to be sour! Sam at Coastal Electrics was very helpful and not only delivered our fridge and removed our other one but gave us advice on settings and useage! A friendly and helpful service from a local company. A great selection of white goods. Their teams are polite and professional. I have used them for over 20 years starting with the Westgate branch. Was delighted when a branch was opened in Faversham

An easy five stars to Euronics Faversham. What brilliant service, a
rare commodity these days. Popped into the shop in the morning and Sam and a very polite and helpful young man came in the afternoon. Nothing was too much trouble with my very complicated dishwasher issue. Thank you Sam and colleague for being so patient and helpful. I cannot recommend this company enough for professionalism and great service. So happy to have you in Faversham. I?ll be back !!

Wow! I called my local branch for help just on the off chance as I wasn't making a purchase but needed advice. I had exhausted all other options. So accommodating and helpful when everyone else I called could give no help at all. Very impressed! I will certainly be recommending the Faversham branch.

Couldn?t ask for a better service phoned at 9.30am to place order new fridge delivered and installed with old one taken away by11.30am. For any electrical requirements including repairs wouldn?t go anywhere else plus it local and think we should all use our local stores when can. Also both delivery chaps in smart uniforms and polite as was lady spoke to when made the telephone purchase. KATHLEEN ST Nicholas at Wade.
