Wow! I called my local branch for help just on the off chance as I wasn't making a purchase but needed advice. I had exhausted all other options. So accommodating and helpful when everyone else I called could give no help at all. Very impressed! I will certainly be recommending the Faversham branch.

Our fridge at work stopped working and the milk had turned out to be sour! Sam at Coastal Electrics was very helpful and not only delivered our fridge and removed our other one but gave us advice on settings and useage! A friendly and helpful service from a local company. Five stars, a brilliant team especially Sam who has been an excellent communicator and made arrangements for delivery etc. A great selection of white goods. Their teams are polite and professional.
