Just wanted to say how lovely card factory Favershams staff are, went in today to get lots of party bits as both my childrens birthdays are this week and the lady who served me was so lovely and chatty and did the strings on the hellium balloons in my sons favourite colours and chatted to my daughter. Really friends lovely staff and great prices as well. Didn?t get her name sadly.
